Timing Line

Horizontal--from the perspective of the audience, groups will enter from the front left and exit to the back left. PLEASE NOTE: At this site, groups exit directly to the outside/reload area.

PERCUSSION & WINDS: There are two equipment/instrument unload locations based on your warm up location.

Critique

Percussion & Winds Critique: 12:30pm
Color Guard Critique: 8:20pm

Critique is done in performance order, first come first serve. Please check in with the MEPA representative when you arrive at the critique location to ensure your group will be called. Start times are approximate.

Critique will be held in the library (see map). To get there head to the back right corner of the commons/concessions area.

Color Guard Music Upload

Directors may upload their performance music in a MP3 or WAV file via CompetitionSuite. Using this system is not required and groups can use their own CD or sound device if desired. Instructions on uploading music. CompetitionSuite uploads will shut down on at 11pm EST on the Wednesday prior to the event.
