Pursuant to MEPA Bylaws, the Annual Summer Meeting will take place on Sunday, June 23rd, 2024 at 2pm at the Courtyard Marriott at UD Arena. At this meeting the Board of Directors will hold elections for various Board positions, as well as review proposals submitted from the membership.

-Vice President, Color Guard
-Treasurer
-Secretary
-Director of Education, Percussion
-Color Guard Representatives (2)
-Percussion Representatives (2)
-At-Large Board Members (5)

Proposals for Change
Each year following the competitive season, the percussion, winds, and color guard communities are given a chance to submit proposals to their peers to modify, amend, or improve any aspect of the activity and/or circuit they think might need some attention.
